Marija Zrno Prošić joined the team in 2011 and is primarily engaged in banking and finance matters and corporate transactions. She takes active part in numerous M&A transactions and financing projects in the area of real estate, development of shopping centres, renewable energy, industry, new technology investments etc. Most recently, her role includes a growing number of competition and EU law engagements. Marija Zrno Prošić also advises clients in corporate, regulatory and contractual matters, as well as other compliance matters. She regularly takes active roles in data protection and distribution matters.
