Marija Zrno Prošić

Marija Zrno Prošić is a distinguished Corporate/M&A and Competition lawyer with more than 15 years of experience across a broad spectrum of industries. She has participated in national and international M&A transactions involving, among other areas, investments in production and infrastructure, IT and new technologies, energy, banking and other regulated industries, and real estate.

Marija regularly advises clients on merger filings and other competition law aspects of transactions, horizontal and vertical restraints, and abuse of dominance matters. She also advises on foreign direct investment (FDI) screening and other matters of EU law. In addition to transactional and day-to-day advice, she represents clients in proceedings before the relevant authorities, leads seminars and training sessions, and helps clients enhance their compliance programs. Over the course of her career, she has gained experience in distribution matters and across a wide range of sectors, including food and consumer goods, services, pharmaceuticals, construction, and finance.
