We are pleased to announce the promotion of Ksenija Boreta to Counsel, effective from April 2025.
Ksenija Boreta has been a key member of our Banking & Finance practice, specialising in regulatory, financing, insurance and commercial matters. Her expertise includes advising international financial institutions, commercial banks and business entities on both domestic and international transactions, focusing on project financing, foreign exchange regulations, financial restructuring, insurance matters, capital market transactions and banking operations.
Since joining CMS in 2007, Ksenija has demonstrated exceptional legal expertise, dedication to clients and invaluable team spirit. Her hard work and dedication have greatly contributed to the firm’s ability to guide clients through complex legal matters in Serbia and in Montenegro. She has assisted a number of clients, ensuring the successful development and financing of their small and large-scale projects. Ksenija has also worked on many cross-border projects and project financings.
Her promotion to Counsel recognises her senior position within the firm, her extensive expertise in banking and finance matters and her ability to provide strategic guidance in complex cases.
