Marko Nikolić joins CMS Podgorica, strengthening regional Banking and Finance practice
CMS is pleased to welcome Marko Nikolić as Counsel in its Podgorica office, further strengthening the firm’s Banking & Finance, Insurance, Project Finance and Corporate capabilities in Montenegro and across the region.
Marko brings extensive regulatory and financial sector experience gained during his tenure at the Central Bank of Montenegro, where he has worked since 2012 and held a supervisory management role for a number of years. In that capacity, he was involved in a broad range of regulatory matters, including licensing procedures, acquisitions of qualifying holdings, corporate governance issues, and approvals relating to credit institutions and other financial services providers.
