Jovana Bingulac is a senior attorney at CMS Belgrade with more than 12 years of experience in providing legal advice to international companies in Serbia and in Montenegro on various legal matters. She mainly focuses on banking and finance, commercial and ESG legal matters, and has extensive experience with project financing in relation to renewable energy projects in Serbia and in Montenegro.
She has successfully advised clients on cross-border, M&A transactions, financial and corporate restructuring projects, project finance, real estate transactions, public procurement, marketing/advertising and general corporate law. She has also supported numerous clients with their commercial matters, including the review of their commercial contracts and harmonization of their commercial contracts with Serbian and Montenegrin legislation.
