Jovan Bećirić joined CMS Belgrade in October 2019 as a paralegal. After graduating from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, Business Law Department in September 2022, he continued working for CMS as an associate, primarily focusing on Dispute Resolution. He also assists our team of attorneys and advises clients on a wide range of commercial law issues, such as Corporate/M&A, Banking & Finance and Employment matters.

During his studies, he participated in the 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot as a member of the team representing the University of Belgrade which was declared the first runner-up for the Pieter Sanders award for the best Memorandum for the Claimant. His academic success was awarded in several instances, most notably with the scholarship provided by the Serbian Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, as well as the one granted by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.
