Jovan Bećirić advises clients on a wide range of commercial law matters with an emphasis on Banking & Finance matters. His practice focuses on project finance, regulatory compliance in financial services, and transactional support across cross-border and domestic operations. He also handles commercial litigation, corporate governance and maintenance, and employment and immigration matters, and has an extensive experience in conducting legal due diligence processes. Having been involved in complex cross-border transactions, he has gained in-depth knowledge of a wide range of commercial law issues where he has developed a strong track record in providing day-to-day advice to various multinational clients.
He joined CMS Belgrade in October 2019 as a paralegal. After graduating from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, Business Law Department in September 2022 (with honours), he continued working for CMS as an associate. In March 2025, he passed the Bar Exam. He is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association since September 2025.
