Mila Pejić joined the CMS Belgrade team in February 2023 after graduating from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. As an associate, she assists our team of attorneys and advises clients on a wide range of commercial law issues with a focus on Corporate/M&A, Employment and Dispute Resolution.
During her studies, apart from participating in a number of courses and study groups, she also represented the University of Belgrade in the 16th ICC International Commercial Mediation Moot, receiving with her team the award for the best team participating in the competition for the first time. She was also a member of the team representing the University of Belgrade in the 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, which was declared a runner-up for the Pieter Sanders Award for the best Memorandum for Claimant.
Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in International Business Law at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law.
