CMS Belgrade is pleased to welcome Nebojša Pejin as Senior Tax Attorney, further strengthening the firm’s tax practice and enhancing its ability to support clients in Serbia and across the region.
Nebojša brings 14 years of experience advising domestic and multinational companies on a wide range of tax and legal matters. His expertise covers direct and indirect taxation, tax structuring, compliance, audits, tax controversy matters and tax risk management.
He regularly advises clients on complex tax issues and represents them before tax authorities in administrative proceedings and tax disputes, helping businesses manage the challenging regulatory environment.
Known for his pragmatic, business-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills, Nebojša has extensive experience working with international clients and cross-border teams. His arrival further strengthens CMS Belgrade’s ability to deliver seamless, high-quality tax advice as part of the firm's full-service legal offering.
Nebojša is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association and the Serbian branch of the International Fiscal Association.
