The following has been published in the Official Journal: Directive (EU) 2026/806 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 March 2026 amending BRRD as regards early intervention measures, conditions for resolution and funding of resolution action and Directive 2014/24/EU as regards valuation services in resolution.
