CMS Wistrand advises Hecksher Linieagenturer on acquisition of shares in TCT AB

CMS Wistrand has advised Hecksher Linieagenturer AB on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in TCT, Trelleborgs Combi Transport AB (TCT AB). TCT AB is an international logistics company specialising in road transport. In particular, the company specialises in handling ADR (dangerous goods) transports, deliveries and temperature-controlled (thermo) transport solutions.

Founded in Denmark in 1797, Hecksher is one of the world's oldest active logistics companies with more than 220 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. The company offers a wide range of services including sea, air and road freight as well as project logistics. With a strong presence in the Nordic region, Hecksher operates from strategically selected locations in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Poland. Hecksher is part of the Greencarrier Group.

The CMS Wistrand team was led by Vilhelm Nyström (M&A) and included Simon Thungren, Caroline Wensberg (both M&A) and Douglas Palm (employment).
