CMS Wistrand advises Tornstaden on the sale of a property in Fiskebäck

CMS Wistrand has acted as legal adviser to Tornstaden in connection with the sale of a property in Fiskebäck, Gothenburg, to Klövern. The property is covered by a final and legally binding detailed development plan enabling the development of approximately 130 residential units.

Located adjacent to the marina in Fiskebäck, the site will be developed by Klövern into a residential project focusing on larger apartments. The project also includes the refurbishment of a nearby park and the construction of a new waterfront promenade, enhancing public access to the coastline.

The transaction is expected to close in October 2026, with construction scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2027. Tornstaden will also act as design-and-build contractor for the project.
