CMS Wistrand advises Vertiseit AB (publ) on a private placement
CMS Wistrand has advised Vertiseit AB (publ) in connection with the company's completion of a private placement by institutional investor Eiffel Investment Group SAS. As a result of the private placement, Vertiseit has received SEK 56,000,000.
The capital increase was resolved by the company's Board of Directors on 26 February 2025, subject to subsequent approval by the Annual General Meeting, which was obtained on 14 March 2025.
In connection with the private placement, Eiffel Investment Group SAS also offered to acquire 441,350 outstanding warrants from key persons and employees of the Vertiseit Group. CMS Wistrand provided legal advice to Vertiseit in connection with the transfer of the outstanding warrants.
Vertiseit is a leading platform company within In-Store Experience Management (IXM). The company and its subsidiaries Dise, Grassfish and Visual Art enable global brands and leading retailers to enhance the customer experience by offering a seamless customer journey that connects the physical and digital encounters. The company has approximately 270 employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Germany, Spain, the UK and the US. For the full year of 2024, the group’s net revenue amounted to SEK 464 million. Since 2019, Vertiseit's B-shares have been listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
