CMS Wistrand assists Vertiseit with successful capital raising etc.

CMS Wistrand is proud to have assisted Vertiseit AB in a successful capital raising through a directed share issue to institutional investors. Through the issue, which has been carried out through a so-called bookbuilding procedure, Vertiseit raised approximately SEK 71.8 million before transaction costs.

In addition to the directed share issue, CMS Wistrand has assisted Vertiseit when participants in the company's incentive programme TO 3A have exercised warrants for subscription of B shares in the company.

CMS Wistrand has assisted Vertiseit throughout the entire process, including advising on the preparation and review of agreements and ensuring the company's compliance.
