CMS Wistrand has advised Stena in connection with the reflagging of the Suezmax vessel Stena Sunrise to the Swedish flag

The reflagging was carried out in cooperation with the English law firm Norton Rose Fulbright and marks a milestone, as Stena Sunrise is the first Suezmax tanker in the modern Swedish merchant fleet. Further reflagging is planned for the autumn, with Stena Suède next in line.

The matter was handled by lawyer Kristofer Selvin and associate Linda Tidemand.
