Burgsvik Group has acquired the majority of the shares in Wisby Hotel Group. In connection with the transaction, the restaurant group Vinägergruppen and Hotell Villa Borgen have also been acquired, which now become part of Wisby Hotel Group.
Wisby Hotel Group includes inter alia Donners Hotell, Visby Börs, Hotell Slottsbacken and Hotell Repet, all located in Visby.
