Wistrand Law Firm has advised the Gothenburg-based company Juni in connection with an investment round of SEK 185 million. Investors include partners from DST Global, Felix Capital and follow-on investments are made by Cherry Ventures and other shareholders.
Juni is revolutionizing banking for e-commerce entrepreneurs with a platform that gives the digital entrepreneur a clear picture of the entire company's finances. As a financial companion, Juni wants to make it as simple as possible for e-commerce entrepreneurs to focus on running their business. Together with the card supplier Visa, Juni has developed a card that is created for e-commerce.
The company was founded in 2020 and since March this year, the company's transaction volume has increased by 500 percent on a monthly basis. In the coming year, June plans to grow from 28 to 100 employees.
Wistrand's team has mainly consisted of Elisabeth Salmgren von Schantz, Niklas Larsson, Sebastian Petersen and client manager Martina Blomberg Roald.
