Iterio AB, a Swedish subsidiary of Multiconsult ASA, has aquired Helm Connect AB and Helm Project Management AB.Wistrand has together with CMS Kluge advised Multiconsult in connection with the strategic acquisitions.
The acquisitions strengthen Iterio AB’s growth ambition and market position in Sweden, and will complement Iterio with experience within project management and project support.
Multiconsult, listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, is a market leading engineering- and architecture company. Iterio AB is a Swedish consulting company specializing in community planning and -construction.
Wistrand's team has mainly consisted of responsible counsel and project leader Jeanette Jönsson (M&;A), associate Erik Frykenholt (M&A) and senior associate Viktoria Hybbinette (employment).
