Eilert Andersson is a partner at CMS Wistrand and has considerable experience in advising on matters regarding real estate law, construction and consulting law, including experience in handling complex issues in contracting and dispute resolution. Eilert primarily advises private companies, but also advise public sector clients. He often represents parties before general court and arbitration tribunal, and is regularly also engaged as an arbitrator and as a member of the Surveillance Board.
