Emil Dalén serves as counsel in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Real Estate and specializes in construction law, real estate matters and commercial lease law. He has extensive experience in advising clients from an employer/seller/landlord perspective as well as a contractor/buyer/tenant perspective on a wide range of real estate matters as well as disputes and general commercial law with a specific focus on construction law.

He has previous experience from Swedish courts, other law firms (Linklaters and Wimert Lundgren) and in-house general counsel with a large construction company (STRABAG).

Emil Dalén worked at Wistrand Advokatbyrå 2008-2012 and joined CMS Wistrand again in 2021.
