Håkan Lindgren is a partner at CMS Wistrand’s practice group Banking & Finance and specializes in acquisition and corporate finance, with a particular focus on real estate and asset finance. With more than 25 years of experience, he has considerable experience in advising Swedish and international reals estate funds, banks, financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors and other investors in connection with complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bilateral loans, acquisition financing, real estate financing and project financing.
