Hanna Trygg is a partner at CMS Wistrand and specialises in public procurement, construction law and real estate matters. Hanna heads the Public procurement group and has extensive experience of advising clients on public procurement projects. She advises clients on construction and infrastructure projects and has particular experience from the energy sector. Hanna also advises clients on inter alia IT- and technology projects, health care projects and consultancy procurements. Hanna has assisted the Swedish government in several complex construction and infrastructure projects .
Hanna assists contracting authorities as well as suppliers through all procurement phases. This includes advice related to the procurement procedure and the performance of public contracts as well as all other strategical advice, but also drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and assisting in procurement appeals and commercial disputes/litigation. Hanna has also experience of advising on state aid matters and public law in general.
Hanna is also a specialist in construction law and is linked CMS Wistrand’s specialist group for construction law. Hanna works on daily basis with matters in the field of construction, representing both contractors and construction clients. She advises on contract management in building and infrastructure projects and assists in disputes/litigation. Hanna has also substantial experience with consultancy contracts and disputes regarding different consultancy assignments.
From the real estate field Hanna has substantial experience of matters regarding planning and building law, the right of use and tenancy law and real estate M&A.
