Jerker Christensen is a Partner in the firm's dispute resolution group in Stockholm. He specialises in dispute resolution in the fields of construction law, consultancy law and tenancy law.
Jerker Christensen has represented both Swedish and international clients in court and arbitration proceedings in complex disputes concerning construction and infrastructure projects. As a result, he has extensive experience in interpreting and applying the construction sector's standard contracts (AB 04, ABT 06, ABK 09, etc.). He regularly advises the firm's clients before, during and after construction projects and also has experience of the planning and construction litigation in the Swedish Land and Environment Court. In addition, he assists in lease negotiations and disputes.
