Johan Linder Säverman, advokat, is part of CMS Wistrand's practice group for tax law but is highly specialized - in addition to tax law - also in public procurement law, general administrative law and administrative process law. With more than 25 years of experience from CMS Wistrand, administrative courts and the Swedish Tax Agency, he has gained extensive experience and expertise, e.g. of giving advice both to companies and private individuals, regarding such things as e.g. disputes with the Swedish Tax Agency and contracting authorities as well as other disputes of a public law nature.
Johan Linder Säverman has experience in processes in the above-mentioned areas from the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court, the European Court of Justice and the Court of Justice of the European Union, as well as at other levels in the Swedish administrative procedure.
