Mikaela Kronmann is an associate in CMS Wistrand’s Corporate/M&A practice group and specialises in corporate transactions, M&A insurance, crypto regulation and commercial contracts. 

She has experience advising clients in connection with domestic and international transactions, M&A insurance matters, as well as general corporate law issues.
