Nicklas Bexelius serves as a Counsel at CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate/M&A and specialises in transactions, investments and corporate law. He has extensive experience in assisting Swedish and foreign clients in connection with divestments, acquisitions and investments, primarily with a focus on IT and digital businesses.
