Sascha Schaeferdiek is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Corporate/M&A and advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law matters and commercial contracts. With more than 25 years of experience, he is a well-trusted figure in the field and represents a broad range of clients.
Sascha Schaeferdiek advises investors and shareholders alike on M&A transactions, especially in the technology, life science, media and retail sectors. He has acted as lead counsel for Swedish and international corporates and investors on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, divestments and investments within a variety of industries.
Sascha Schaeferdiek is a dual-qualified Swedish Advokat and German lawyer and has a PhD from the University of Cologne. He leads the firm’s German Desk in Stockholm. Sascha Schaeferdiek has extensive experience in representing corporations from the DACH region on Swedish M&A transactions as well as assisting them on other business law matters. He is the lawyer of honour at the Austrian Embassy in Stockholm.
