Ulf Forsman is a partner in CMS Wistrand’s practice group Banking & Finance. Ulf specialises in project finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and export finance, and has a particular focus on industrial facilities, energy and communication projects. Ulf also advises on debt capital market transactions and with over 25 years of experience, he has extensive experience of advising international and domestic lenders, borrowers and sponsors on complex financing transactions, including on all types of security interests and the corporate governance aspects of finance transactions.
Ulf has notably led the CMS Wistrand practice group on two recent high-profile industrial production facility project financings representing lenders. He is regularly appointed to handle high-profile cases within project and export finance and is a well-trusted practitioner in the field.
Ulf has a wealth of prior experience, having worked at two major London City law firms and as head of the legal department Latin America for a major Swedish listed corporate. Ulf started his career at the London offices of another Swedish firm where he did international real estate finance and acquisition financing.
