CMS together with RSK Çevre Hizmetleri A.S. are delighted to invite you to attend a seminar focusing on contaminated lands in Turkiye.
There are currently a number of sites with significant soil contamination throughout Turkiye. This creates excellent redevelopment potential. Unfortunately, our experience shows that environmental risks and costs associated with remediating these brownfield sites are often not taken into consideration during the pre-acquisition due diligence. This can lead to reduced profitability of the project.
At the seminar our experts will share their practical knowledge concerning risks and opportunities related to the new contamination law and the successful remediation of brownfields. They will also present proven remedial solutions.
The seminar should be of particular interest to investors, developers, construction companies, financing banks, property portfolio managers, commercial organisations, planners, architects, quantity surveyors and housing associations.
