11 January 2017 – An international CMS team has advised listed company mutares AG of Munich on the acquisition of international equipment manufacturer Balcke-Duerr from SPX Corporation (USA). Balcke-Duerr will be incorporated into mutares’s Engineering & Technology segment. mutares plans further investment in this segment and Balcke-Duerr represents the first stage in the process.
A CMS team from Germany, China, Italy, Poland and Hungary headed by lead partner Martin Kolbinger advised mutares AG on the legal aspects of the transaction.
