Thanks to strong investor interest, Kaleseramik, a prominent Turkish ceramics company, exceeded its IPO target by far, raising a total of TRY 2.73 billion (nearly EUR 92 million).
Yalçın Babalıoğlu Kemahlı (YBK) in cooperation with CMS is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Kaleseramik Çanakkale Kalebodur Seramik San. A.Ş., a significant milestone in the company's history. During the IPO on 20 and 21 July 2023, domestic institutional investors, individual investors, and employees of the Kale Group showed remarkable enthusiasm. Their demand exceeded the initial offering size by a factor of 3.3, resulting in a public float of 21.25% and setting the stage for a new chapter in the company’s growth story.
