Viktoriia has over 7 years of experience advising large Ukrainian and international companies on various tax and legal issues related to their business operations in Ukraine. Her expertise includes domestic and international tax issues, direct and indirect tax planning, structuring of domestic and cross-border business operations, tax due diligence, review and structuring of contractual arrangements, customs and currency control compliance.
Having worked with major international law firms present on the Ukrainian market, Viktoriia has wide experience in advising clients on current and up-coming international tax issues, including implementation of BEPS Action Plan, automatic exchange of information on financial accounts, transfer pricing matters and application of double tax treaties.
Viktoriia has experience in advising clients from various industries, including IT, oil & gas, renewables, infrastructure and financial services.
