As of 18 August 2014, the Prevention of Undeclared Work and Employment Act (hereinafter: the ZPDZC-1) became effective. The legislative body prescribes an exception applying to the start of the application of the ZPDZC-1 for provisions covering personal supplementary work, which will be in force as of 1 January 2015. The reason for the delay in the use of these provisions lies in the adoption of the envisaged implementing regulation, which will regulate in detail the system of personal supplementary work, the adoption of which is expected by 31 December 2014 in accordance with the ZPDZC-1.
