On 15 June 2018, the Swiss Par­lia­ment passed the Swiss Fin­an­cial Ser­vices Act (FinSA) and the Swiss Fin­an­cial In­sti­tu­tions Act (Fin­IA) in a fi­nal vote on both pieces of le­gis­la­tion. FinSA spe­cifies the rules of con­duct that fin­an­cial ser­vice pro­viders must.
