Yavor Danailov is a UK-qualified corporate Counsel in the CMS CEE team. His main area of expertise is international M&A transactions across a variety of sectors.

Before joining CMS, Yavor worked as a legal counsel for a US-based private equity advisor, and he trained as a solicitor in the London office of a reputable US law firm.

Relevant experience

  • YGY Industries on the sale of the 229-megawatt St. George greenfield solar plant in Bulgaria's Silistra municipality to Rezolv Energy. 
  • CEE Equity Partners on the sale of Invitech, a leading provider of telecommunication and infrastructure solutions in Hungary, to 4iG.
  • An international investment group on a bid for a Bulgarian satellite television, internet & mobile operator.
  • 4iG on the purchase of ONE Telecommunications, the second-largest mobile operator in Albania.
  • A private-equity firm on the minority buy-out of shares in a leading Ukrainian communication solutions provider.
