With the EU Pharma Package now being close to adoption, we will take a look at the proposed rules and how they will impact pharmaceutical companies both in the EU and the UK. We will cover changes in the areas of regulatory exclusivity, orphan medicines, security of supply, advertising, bolar exemption and look at implementation timelines. We will also identify what pharmaceutical companies can do to be prepared when the new rules come into effect.
