Anna Wiśniewska is an advocate in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS in Poland.

She has specialised in real estate transactions for 14 years, representing developers, banks, local and international investors and funds active in the CEE region. She advises on property sales and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the office and logistics market. She has participated in a number of real estate transactions, including the sale of enterprises, assets, sale of shares, as well as joint venture, build-to-suit and buy-and-lease back projects, involving, for example the largest shopping and office centres in Warsaw.

She has advised foreign and Polish entities in connection with ongoing investments and the operation of shopping centres and office buildings.

Her professional experience also includes advising on build-to-suit (BTS) investments and construction projects.

She successfully supports clients in the process of negotiating commercial leases of office, warehouse and retail space for both landlords and key tenants.

Prior to joining CMS, she was associated with international law firms with a recognised reputation in the real estate market, including Greenberg Traurig and Hogan Lovells. 

Anna was Awarded the title of Real Estate European Rising Star 2019 by Euromoney.

  • Abris CEE Mid-Market Fund III L.P.  – on the real estate aspects of a transaction involving the acquisition of Scanmed S.A.
  • Innova Capital – on the real estate aspects of a transaction involving the sale (in connection with the completion and exit of an investment) of shares in Pekaes sp. z o.o. to GEODIS S.A..
  • OANDA Global Corporation – on the real estate aspects of a transaction involving the acquisition of Dom Maklerski TMS Brokers S.A.
  • Panattoni – on the acquisition of land, development agreements, issues related to the implementation of investments and commercial leases, as well as the sale of logistics centres to institutional investors.
  • Hillwood – on land acquisition and on issues related to the implementation of logistics investments.
  • TK Maxx – on leasing and servicing commercial real estate in Poland.
  • Tritax EuroBox – on the acquisition of all shares in Central Logistics Investment, which owns two modern logistics. buildings and a land property for development located in Stryków, a key logistics centre in Poland.
  • Benson Elliot – on the acquisition of office buildings located in Wrocław, Crakow, Łódź, Gdańsk and Poznań.
  • Generali Real Estate – on the acquisition from S+B Gruppe of an office building located at 18 Senatorska Street in Warsaw.

  • PZU Zdrowie  –  on the lease of premises for health clinics.
  • Groupon  –  on leasing office space for operations in Europe, North America and Asia.
