Amy Roberts is a Senior Associate in the ICE (Infrastructure, Construction and Energy) team at CMS.

Before relocating to Dubai, Amy represented employers, contractors, and subcontractors in various disputes across the UK. Since her transition to the Middle East, Amy has gained extensive experience in handling a diverse range of construction projects in the Middle East. Amy is adept at representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings related to complex and high-value construction claims. This experience has equipped her with a profound understanding of the necessary measures to successfully pursue, defend, and enforce claims in both litigation and arbitration within the region.

Beyond representing clients in disputes, Amy routinely provides contractual interpretation and advisory services concerning potential and ongoing disputes in construction projects and advising and supports clients in alternative dispute resolution.
