Amy is a Senior Associate within the CMS Infrastructure, Construction and Energy (ICE) Disputes team, based in Dubai. She has experience acting for employers, contractors and subcontractors across the Middle East, including in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait. Amy has extensive experience handling a diverse range of construction projects and is adept at representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings related to complex and high-value construction claims.
Amy has experience acting on behalf of clients in all forms of dispute resolution including in arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation. In addition, Amy routinely provides project counsel support and advisory services for clients, which has allowed her to gain a profound understanding of the necessary measures to successfully pursue, defend, and enforce claims in the region.
Prior to moving to the Middle East, Amy advised and represented employers, contractors, and subcontractors in various disputes across the UK.
