The CMS Construction team invites you to the “Construction Focus On the Construction Act: 25 years on” webinar taking place on Tuesday 6 June 2023 at 09:30.
In this one-hour session, we will be reflecting on the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 (as amended) following the 25th anniversary of it coming into force on 1 May 1998.
We will consider the revolutionary changes that the Act introduced and its current relevance for operations, payment mechanisms and adjudication provisions.
Looking to the future, we will discuss our predictions for the next stage of evolution for contracting in the construction industry.
