    CMS is pleased to announce the merger between CMS von Erlach Henrici Ltd, Zurich, and ZPG Avocats SA, Geneva, to create CMS von Erlach Poncet. The merged firm adds Geneva to the list of CMS offices, with CMS von Erlach Poncet offering clients top tier specialist legal expertise in both of Switzerland’s major financial and commercial centres.
