New Counsel: Dr Bajar Scharaw strengthens CMS Switzerland's Dispute Resolution practice

As of 1 April 2025, Bajar will be based in our Zurich office and brings extensive experience in international dispute resolution, investment arbitration and public international law. He advises and represents both corporate clients and states in complex arbitration matters – with a focus on investment protection, often intersecting with international tax law, environmental law and business and human rights.

Before joining CMS, Bajar worked at leading international law firms in Frankfurt and is a recognised arbitrator and accredited mediator.
