CMS von Erlach Poncet is delighted to announce Me Jérôme Levrat’s promotion to partner from 1 January 2020
Jérôme Levrat is a member of our Corporate/M&A department in Geneva. His main areas of activity are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring and relocations, and private equity. Jérôme Levrat also has solid experience in contract law, with a special emphasis on distribution contracts, and in competition law, particularly with regard to control of concentrations. He studied at the University of Fribourg and the University of Berlin, and qualified as a lawyer in 2009.
