Two new counsels strengthen our law firm
We are pleased to announce that as of 1 July 2023 Andrea Relly and Dr Sébastien Moret have been promoted to counsels in our team.
With their expertise in Corporate/M&A, including Private Equity & Venture Capital, as well as White-Collar Crime, Litigation and Arbitration, we will further strengthen CMS Switzerland and provide even more comprehensive support to our clients.
These appointments underline our continuous development and focus on excellent legal advice in these important practice areas. Our new counsels stand out in particular for their excellent expertise and outstanding commitment to our clients.
Andrea Relly
Counsel | CMS Zurich
Andrea Relly has broad experience in domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity transactions across various industries, including TMC and Life Science & Healthcare. One focus of her work is representing domestic and foreign investors and start-ups in venture capital investments and financing rounds.
She further advises companies on a regular basis on all aspects of general corporate matters and contract law, including corporate governance and establishment of joint ventures.
Dr Sébastien Moret, LL.M.
Counsel | CMS Zurich
Sébastien Moret specialises in national and international litigation as well as white-collar crime matters. He represents both accused and injured persons in criminal proceedings. He also advises companies and individuals in regulatory proceedings as well as in compliance matters, in particular issues relating to money laundering and corruption.
Another focus of his practice is advising and representing clients in national and international commercial disputes before state courts and arbitration tribunals.
