Aye Al-Jarrah is an Associate with the Corporate/M&A and the Dispute Resolution Practice Groups at CMS Geneva.
Aye assists clients with contract and commercial law matters, labor and employment (both advisory and litigation), as well as IT and data protection law matters. She also is active in corporate and M&A transactions and restructurings.
Aye obtained her Bachelor of Laws in 2017 from the University of Geneva. She holds a Bilingual Master of Laws from the Universities of Geneva and Basel (magna cum laude) and a Certificate of Transnational Law of the University of Geneva, which she obtained in 2019. In 2020, she completed her studies with a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions acquired from the University of Geneva and was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2023. Prior to joining CMS in July 2023, Aye worked as a trainee lawyer at another top-tier business law firm in Geneva.
