Following her admission to the Geneva Bar in October 2015, Charlotte Séchaud has practiced law with two Geneva law firms, mainly in litigation. In order to specialize in real estate and confirm her practice, she completed the training provided by the Institut d'études immobilières (IEI) and graduated in 2021. She now focuses her practice on real estate law. She advises individuals and companies. In June 2023, she was elected associate judge at the Geneva tribunal for leases and rents. In August 2023, she joined CMS as a senior associate in the real estate department.
