David Müller is a lawyer at CMS and is mainly active in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking & finance law and contract law.

David Müller graduated from the University of Lausanne with a Bachelor of Law degree in 2020, including an exchange year at the University of Zurich. He then obtained a Master's degree in Law and Economics at the University of Lausanne in 2022.

In parallel of his studies, he also worked part-time in law firms in Lausanne and Vevey as well as in Court as an ad hoc Clerk. He has also experienced the associative framework as Administrator and Legal Vice-President for the Junior Enterprise EPFL. Prior to joining CMS, he was intern in Tax in a Big-Four firm in Geneva.

David Müller began his tenure at CMS as a trainee lawyer in August 2022. After qualifying as a lawyer, he joined CMS Geneva’s Corporate Department on a permanent basis in October 2024.

WSP Global Inc. (TSX: WSP), one of the world's leading engineering professional services firms on its cross-border acquisition of BG Bonnard & Gardel Holding SA, one of Switzerland's leading engineering companies, along with its subsidiaries in France, Italy and Portugal.
DuPont (NYSE: DD), the global innovation leader with technology-based materials and solutions, in the Swiss component of DuPont's Mobility & Materials divestiture to Celanese.
