Marion Baqué is an associate and holds a Master of Law from the University of Geneva. After completing her traineeship at CMS Geneva and obtaining her practising certificate, she continued her career at the Federal Tax Administration and subsequently at a Geneva-based law firm.
After completing her traineeship at CMS and passing the bar exam, she went on to work at the Federal Tax Administration and subsequently at a Geneva-based law firm. Marion Baqué then joined the Civil Law department of the University of Geneva to complete a doctoral thesis in inheritance law. Alongside her research, she also taught several courses in family and succession law.
In addition to her academic activities, she advised on several complex family law matters and contributed, as a scientific collaborator, to the third edition of the specialist family law training programme organized by the Swiss Bar Association.
Marion Baqué joined CMS Geneva’s Private Clients Department in April 2026.
