Patrick Bertschy is a Certified Tax Expert advising both individuals and corporate entities.
He is mainly active in the field of legal entities (group of companies and SMB) but also advises individuals in relation to their wealth and estate planning. Patrick Bertschy obtained his federal tax expert certification in 2004 and joined CMS in 2015.
He worked for fifteen years in the Vaud tax department. Before joining our firm Patrick Bertschy practised from 2006 to 2008 in the tax department of an accounting firm in Geneva and then from 2008 to 2014 in a law firm specialised in business law.
