Rayan Ayoub is an attorney trainee, primarily active in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance law, and contract law.
He obtained his Bachelor of Law from the University of Geneva in 2023, before completing a Master in Economic Law in 2025. In the same year, he also obtained the Certificate of Specialisation in Legal Practice.
Alongside his studies, Rayan Ayoub worked as a paralegal at a Geneva-based law firm.
Rayan Ayoub joined CMS Geneva’s Corporate Department in November 2025.
