Roman Palla completed his training as a draughtsman specialising in architecture (Federal VET Diploma) in 2017. After completing his compulsory military service as a full-time soldier and a language stay in Harrogate (UK), he began a one-year vocational baccalaureate course in 2018, focusing on technology, architecture and life sciences. He then completed the one-year Passerelle course before successfully completing his bachelor's degree in 2023 and his master's degree in law at the University of Zurich in 2025.
He worked in various industries both during the Passerelle course and during his bachelor's degree. In particular, he worked part-time for a good two and a half years as a draughtsman specialising in architecture (Federal VET Diploma) in medium-sized architectural firms. During his master's degree, he worked part-time as a legal assistant at a law firm in Zug, where he supported private individuals, SMEs and large international companies, focusing on corporate law, employment law, construction law, tenancy law, gambling law and criminal law.
Before starting his role as an attorney trainee in early 2026, he completed a four-month internship at the Land Registry Office in Laufenburg (AG) after graduating.
