Sebastian Autherith is a lawyer specializing in real estate and construction law. His main areas of expertise include transactions on the buyer and seller side (drafting and negotiating purchase agreements) and advising on issues relating to tenancy and easement law.

Sebastian Autherith graduated with honors from the Vienna University of Economics and Business in 2022. After completing a court internship and the attorney traineeship at CMS, he passed the bar exam in Zurich in 2025. Prior to joining CMS, he gained several years of professional experience in real estate law at an international law firm and at the European Center for Tort and Insurance Law (ECTIL) of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

  • Participation in the counselling for the development of the first of its kind hyper-scale data centre in German speaking Europe by an US client.
  • Participation in the counselling for the acquisition of a top-notch hotel in a famous Austrian ski-resort by a Dutch PE investor.
