Sinan Solak advises companies and individuals, with particular expertise in corporate taxation, wealth planning, and cross-border inheritance taxation.
He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Geneva, having obtained the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession at the Paris Bar School and a Master’s degree in Taxation and Business Management from INSEEC Paris.
With two years of experience in a Parisian law firm, he has developed in-depth knowledge of the French tax market. He has assisted clients with the legal structuring of companies, mergers and acquisitions, conducted audits, and optimised tax returns while ensuring regulatory compliance. He then practised as an independent tax lawyer for over a year, further strengthening his ability to advise a diverse clientele on strategic tax matters.
Sinan joined the tax team at CMS Geneva in March 2025.
